男性の「抜け毛」を加速させる原因の「たんぱく質」を発見したと、
ライオン生物化学研究所のチームが発表したとのことです。
男性ホルモンの作用でこの「たんぱく質」が過剰に働き、毛根にある
毛母細胞を不必要に「自殺」させるんだとか。。。
毛髪が適当な時期に抜けるようコントロールしているとみられる「たんぱく質」が、
男性ホルモンの影響で過剰に生産され、毛母細胞が「自殺」させられていることが
確認されたそうなんです。
そこで、その「たんぱく質」の働きを抑える物質を、生薬や植物、海藻など約３００種類の
候補から探し出し、オキナワモズクの抽出成分が有効であることを発見したんだとか。
マウス実験で確認され、今後は人体実験を繰り返し、育毛剤として商品化したいとのこと。
私の周りにも数名ですが、悩みを抱える者、覚悟を決めた者など居りますが、
オキナワモズクを食べ続けることで、もしかしたら希望が持てるようになるかもしれません。
